Terms of Service

1. Service description

The Personal AI Receptionist is a configured AI voice and messaging assistant that answers first contact for a business, captures enquiries, answers approved questions and routes or escalates according to the agreed configuration.

2. Eligibility and business use

The service is offered to businesses and self-employed professionals. You must be able to enter into a binding contract and must use the service for business purposes only.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and lawful business information for configuration.
• Review and approve the information the AI is permitted to give out.
• Participate in configuration, testing and onboarding within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure your deployment meets notice, consent and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction and industry.
• Keep account and access credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or abusive activity.
• Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk calling or messaging that breaches applicable law.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not configure the AI to impersonate a human where disclosure is required, or to provide regulated professional advice.
• Do not process special categories of sensitive data through the service unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. AI limitations

AI systems are probabilistic and can make mistakes. AI Agents 247 does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be error-free or appropriate for every situation. You remain responsible for decisions taken by your business.

6. Telephony dependency and third-party services

Phone connectivity depends on country, carrier, telephony provider, routing compatibility and applicable local requirements. We do not guarantee that every telephone number, carrier or country configuration is compatible with the service.

The service relies on third-party providers, including conversational AI, telephony, hosting, payment, calendar and video providers. Interruption or change at a third-party provider may affect availability or functionality.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and performing well, but we do not commit to a specific uptime percentage unless it is agreed separately in writing. Maintenance, provider incidents and factors outside our control may affect availability.

8. Payment terms and subscriptions

• Founding 100 pricing: US$497 per month, or US$4,997 per year.
• Standard public pricing: US$997 per month, or US$9,997 per year.
• The Founding monthly plan has a 90-day initial commitment: it is billed monthly for the first three months, and the client agrees to give the Personal AI Receptionist the full 90-day implementation and performance period. After the initial 90 days the monthly plan continues month-to-month and may be cancelled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. "Cancel anytime" does not apply during the first 90 days.
• Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the stated frequency until cancelled.
• Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed every twelve months.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, duties or bank charges may apply depending on your location.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Agents 247 does not directly collect card credentials, and Layla will never ask you for card details inside an AI conversation.

9. Cancellation, refunds and the 90-Day Appointment Guarantee

Cancellation and refund handling is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The 90-Day Real Estate Appointment Guarantee sets out the paid 90-day performance period, the guarantee conditions and the protected subscription amounts. It forms part of these terms and controls during the first 90 days.

The first 90 days are a paid performance period. This is not a free trial, and no outcome other than the defined appointment-booking guarantee is promised.

10. Ownership and intellectual property

AI Agents 247 FZE retains all rights in the service, its software, prompts, configurations, workflows, branding and documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and use that content to deliver, configure and support the service.

11. Confidentiality and data handling

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the purposes of the agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and the AI / Call Processing Disclosure.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or that the service is suitable for every business, jurisdiction or regulated use case.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agents 247 FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI Agents 247 FZE against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law, including claims relating to notice, consent, recording or marketing requirements in your jurisdiction. 15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, unlawful use, or where continuing would expose us or third parties to material risk. On termination, service access ends and configuration may be deactivated.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Emirate in which AI Agents 247 FZE is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. [Requires final business and legal approval before launch.]

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is current. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated to the billing contact.
