1. Human augmentation

The AI exists to protect your time and catch the calls you cannot answer. It is not a replacement for human relationships with your customers.

2. Transparency and AI disclosure

The AI identifies itself appropriately as an AI assistant, and clients are supported in providing the disclosures their jurisdiction and industry require.

3. Approved business information only

The AI answers from information the business has supplied and approved. It should not invent services, prices, availability or promises.

4. No intentional fabrication

Where the AI does not know something, the correct behaviour is to say so and follow the configured escalation or follow-up route, rather than guess.

5. Escalation and human oversight

Complex, sensitive or high-stakes conversations are routed to a human where the deployment is configured to do so. A human owner remains accountable for the business decisions that follow.

6. Professional boundaries

The AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, mortgage or other regulated professional advice.

7. Privacy-conscious deployment

We configure deployments to collect only what the business genuinely needs, and we ask callers never to share card, banking, PIN, OTP or password credentials with the AI.

8. Safe use and continuous testing

Every deployment is tested before it goes live, and we keep testing after launch. We encourage clients to try to break the AI, report failures and have the configuration corrected.
