Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service start date

Your subscription and billing begin on the date of purchase. Configuration and onboarding work starts immediately after purchase, which is why fees cover work that begins straight away.

2. First 90 days — initial commitment

The Founding monthly plan has a 90-day initial commitment. It is billed monthly for the first three months, and the client agrees to give the Personal AI Receptionist the full 90-day implementation and performance period.

During those first 90 days the 90-Day Real Estate Appointment Guarantee applies according to its own terms, published at /legal/90-day-appointment-guarantee.

3. After 90 days — monthly subscriptions

After the initial 90-day period, monthly subscriptions continue month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further monthly payments are taken after cancellation.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following year. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid twelve-month term, and access continues until that term ends.

5. Refunds

The main refund route is the 90-Day Real Estate Appointment Guarantee. Where its conditions are satisfied and zero qualified appointments were booked during the completed 90-day period, the protected subscription fees are refunded as described in that page.

Outside the guarantee, subscription fees already paid, including setup and configuration work already performed, are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing or unless a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not advertise a money-back guarantee or a fixed refund window. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact support@aiagents247.ae and we will review your situation in good faith. [Requires final business approval before launch.]

6. How to cancel

Email support@aiagents247.ae from the email address used at purchase, with the subject "Cancellation". We will confirm in writing and tell you the date access ends.

7. After cancellation

When the paid period ends, the AI receptionist is deactivated and routing associated with the deployment stops. Data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy and any deployment-specific agreement.

8. Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@aiagents247.ae first so we can resolve it quickly. You also retain any dispute rights available through Stripe and your card issuer.
