Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service start date

Your subscription and billing begin on the date of purchase. Configuration and onboarding work starts immediately after purchase, which is why fees cover work that begins straight away.

2. Monthly billing

The monthly plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum term, no initial commitment period and no lock-in.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further monthly payments are taken after cancellation.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid, including setup and configuration work already performed, are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing or unless a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not advertise a money-back guarantee or a fixed refund window. If you believe something has gone wrong, contact support@aiagents247.ae and we will review your situation in good faith.

5. How to cancel

Email support@aiagents247.ae from the email address used at purchase, with the subject "Cancellation". We will confirm in writing and tell you the date access ends.

6. After cancellation

When the paid period ends, the AI receptionist is deactivated and routing associated with the deployment stops. Data retention after termination follows the Privacy Policy and any deployment-specific agreement.

7. Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@aiagents247.ae first so we can resolve it quickly. You also retain any dispute rights available through Stripe and your card issuer.
